- Tumbay potato
- Sea salt
- Olive oil
Delicious dish with seitan creole flavor and Peruvian tumbay potatoes. With this dish you can't lose. If you are vegan, prepare it to surprise anyone. You can add a huacatay or rocoto cream as an extra sauce.

PREPARATION
- 1. Let your package of grilled seitan thaw at room temperature.
- 2. Cut it into strips and leave it in a bowl.
- 3. Separate some of the dressing from the grilled seitan and in a bowl mix it with oil and set aside.
- 4. In another bowl peel and cut your tumbay potatoes and let them stand with water and salt.
- 5. Pour a little olive oil in your frying pan.
- 6. Drain your potatoes, fry them and separate.
- 7. In another pan, pour the marinated oil with the grilled seitan dressing.
- 8. When hot, cook the seitan strips until golden brown.
- 9. Place your french fries in the same pan to pick up the aroma of the grilled seitan.
- 10. Serve and enjoy!
